  • Can I try PixoMenu for free ?
    Sure! Your first 30 days are free of charge. Just sign up for our trial. We will charge your credit card for the chosen plan after the trial period if you decide to continue with us.
  • Can I cancel at any time ?
    Naturally! There is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time. In order to cancel go to My Subscription and follow the steps to login to your account, then click on your subscription → Cancel Subscription.
  • When does the billing cycle start/ end?
    The billing period starts with the purchase of subscription plan, no matter if you bought it on the first day of a month or not. The next cycle will always start on the same day the following month. The billing period always lasts a full month, regardless of the number of days within a month, e.g. your billing period can last from 01.05 to 31.05.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and SEPA Direct Debit. If you don't have a credit card, contact us to check if we can organise an alternate payment method.
  • Are there any contracts or additional fees?
    There are no contracts or additional fees. You only pay the cost of your plan. If you pay for a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time through your account setting.
  • How hard is it to setup?
    It's very easy! While we offer plenty of features, everything is explained as you progress through the setup. Configuring your basic restaurant details can be done in as little as 30 minutes.
  • How does PixoMenu work?
    Everything runs online and is accessible through the web. Once you register online, we setup your website and menus and that's it. After that, simply let your customers know about your website and start taking orders. Orders can be managed online and with the help of automated receipt printing.
  • How do I receive orders?
    You will need a device with internet access such as a tablet or PC. Through your web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla etc.) you can access our online admin interface and manage your orders.
  • Is there support for multiple restaurant locations?
    Yes, you can create multiple restaurant locations. Staff accounts can be used to delegate access to specific restaurants. Multiple restaurants can be linked through your current website or a new website that we can create for you. Customers can visit this site, choose their store location and proceed with their order as normal.
  • What countries can PixoMenu be used in?
    PixoMenu can be used anywhere in the world. Our system is built to support different currencies and regions. If your region is not supported, let us know and we can add it for you. Online payments are only available in countries supported by the payment gateways we have integrated currently.
